Recently the Chhattisgarh High Court has announced 48 vacancies for the post of civil judge of GPSC civil judge recruitment 2022, which will be conducted this year on February 26, 2023.
The Exam Pattern and Stages Chhattisgarh Judiciary:
Chattisgarh Examination is supposed to happen in three stages: the preliminary exam, the mains exams, and an interview after clearing both stages. Candidates who have graduated in law recently can hope for a great career in lower courts by clearing the exam. The high courts of the respective state governments will do the appointment process.
The eligibility and each limit of the Chhattisgarh judicial services examination:
- Candidates who have completed the age of 21 or above are eligible for the examination. The upper limit of Ages 35 years of age on the specific date mentioned as per the official advertisement of the year for the exam.
- As per the candidate's educational qualification for appearing in the examination, the candidate must have completed graduation or have a bachelor's Degree in law from a recognized and BCI-approved university. A candidate must have an LLB degree or equal Degree that the Bar Council of India recognizes to appear in the exam.
- For the Reserve category, only those eligible for reservation are permanent residents of Chhattisgarh state and are from the reserved category. Candidates applying from other states for the examination will be considered in general categories.

All stages of Chhattisgarh civil judge syllabus and exam pattern:
Preliminary Stage:
The exam will last for 2 hours that will consist of Central and state-level statutes Of 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question that the paper will hold will carry one mark.
Mains stage:
After clearing the preliminary stage, that candidate can give the Mains examination of the CGPSC civil judge exam. It is the stage where the candidate's merit is decided for the interview round. The examination will be of 3 hours, where descriptive types of questions will be asked to the candidate. It consists of a total of 100 marks questions and is descriptive.
Interview Round:
After clearing the CGPSC civil judge exams' preliminary and mains exams, a personal interview round is conducted that carries around 30 marks. It depends upon the final merit and The Viva-voce portion that decides the candidate's overall selection for the civil judge position.

Preliminary exam syllabus:
The very first stage of the exam of Chhattisgarh Judiciary syllabus 2022 exam is a preliminary examination that, as we have already mentioned, has 100 multiple-choice questions, and these questions are drawn from the following state-level as well as Central level laws:

Mains Chhattisgarh Judiciary syllabus:
After clearing the preliminary exam of Chhattisgarh Judiciary, you can prepare for the main examination. As we already have mentioned, the total number of marks that the examination consists of is 100 marks, and the duration of the examination is 3 hours. The examination is written in descriptive form, so you need to be a bit fast in solving the question:
The descriptive written exam is divided into two main components:
- The first component of the exam is 40 marks that are Framing issues in writing of judgment in civil cases,
- The second component also comprises 40 marks about the Framing of charges and writing of judgment in criminal cases
- , and the third is about translating into Hindi and English. English to Hindi translation is 10 marks, and Hindi to English is 10 marks. Overall the whole paper is 100 marks.
Interview Chhattisgarh Judiciary syllabus:
When you have cleared both the mains and preliminary exam, the last round, which is a deciding round is the personal interview of the CGPSC civil judge exam. This round consists of 30 marks in total. As per the personal interview candidates, I have been shortlisted in the examination and The Viva portion and will be selected for the post. The marks of both stages will be taken into consideration in The Viva- Voce portion.

- As we know, some topics are essential while others are less important regarding the mark division in the paper. Some of the topics that carry allotment questions than other topics are the Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian panel Code, and CGLRC.
